Privacy Policy

Plain-language summary: Your study records, notes, drawings and screenshots stay on your device. Bee666Forecast Pro uses a secure backend to verify your Gumroad subscription, enforce the two-device limit and protect the service from abuse. We do not sell personal data or run advertising trackers inside the app.

1. Information handled by our providers

Purchase and billing data: Gumroad collects the email, billing country, payment and transaction information needed to sell and renew the subscription, calculate taxes, deliver receipts and issue your license key. We can access order, email, subscription and license status in Gumroad, but not your full payment-card number.
Hosting data: Firebase Hosting and our other infrastructure providers may process standard request information such as IP address, browser type, requested URL, time and security diagnostics.

2. Licensing and security data we process

When you open or activate Bee666Forecast Pro, the app creates an anonymous technical identity and communicates with our Supabase licensing service. We may process:

an anonymous user identifier;
your Gumroad license key in encrypted form;
hashed license and device identifiers;
subscription, entitlement, activation and verification status;
activation timestamps, device activity and limited technical metadata; and
security, rate-limit, webhook, audit and operational records needed to prevent fraud, investigate errors and keep the service reliable.

The app sends activation requests to our backend, which verifies the license with Gumroad. The app does not receive administrative database credentials and cannot directly read licensing tables.

3. Information that stays local

Your study records, notes, drawings, screenshots and locally imported files are stored on your device and are not uploaded to our licensing database.
The browser version may use browser local storage for app data and preferences.
We do not request brokerage passwords, exchange API secrets or trading account credentials.
We do not use in-app advertising trackers or sell your personal data.

You are responsible for exporting and backing up local data. Removing browser storage or deleting the desktop app’s data folder may permanently erase it, and we cannot restore it.

4. Why we process this information

We use the information above to process purchases, activate licensed access, enforce the two-device allowance, reconcile subscription status, release stale devices, respond to support requests, detect abuse, secure the service, diagnose failures and comply with legal and accounting obligations.

5. Service providers

Gumroad — checkout, billing, tax handling, subscriptions, receipts and license keys.
Supabase — anonymous authentication, entitlement database, server functions, encrypted secrets and scheduled maintenance.
Google Firebase — website and web-application hosting.
TradingView — an optional external link for opening a live market chart on TradingView’s website.
Google Fonts — fonts loaded by the public website.

Each provider processes data under its own terms and privacy policy. Information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to the safeguards used by those providers.

6. Retention

Unused anonymous identities with no entitlement or activation are automatically removed after approximately 14 days.
Inactive device registrations may be released after approximately 120 days.
Operational, webhook and licensing audit records are generally retained for up to 90 days unless a longer period is needed for security, dispute resolution or legal compliance.
Short-lived rate-limit records are removed automatically.
Gumroad retains purchase and tax records under its policies and legal obligations.

7. Your choices and rights

You can clear local app data from your device, cancel future renewals in Gumroad and contact us to request access, correction or deletion of licensing information associated with your purchase email. Some transaction, fraud-prevention or legal records may need to be retained. To make a request, email bee666forecast@gmail.com and include the purchase email, but do not email your full payment-card details.

8. Security and policy changes

We use access controls, row-level security, server-only database operations, encrypted license storage, hashed device identifiers, rate limits and audit records. No system is perfectly secure. Material changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
