Terms of Service

1. The service

Bee666Forecast Pro (the “Software”) is a browser-based and downloadable charting, forecasting and market-study application. It provides analytical and educational tools, including the Bee Chart and Beast 666 Matrix. It does not provide personalized financial advice or guarantee financial or trading results.

2. Subscription, payment and cancellation

• The subscription price is $50 USD per month, plus any taxes or currency-conversion charges shown at checkout.
• Gumroad processes the recurring payment and delivers your license key. We do not receive your full payment-card details.
• Your subscription renews monthly until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals through your Gumroad membership settings.
• Cancellation stops future charges. Access continues through the end of the billing period already paid for, subject to these Terms.
• Price changes apply only as disclosed at the time and in accordance with Gumroad’s checkout and notice process.

3. License key and device activation

• No separate Bee666Forecast username or password is required at launch. Your Gumroad license key is your sign-in.
• One active subscription may be used by one person on up to two active devices.
• The Software periodically verifies subscription and entitlement status with our secure licensing service. Internet access is therefore required for activation and occasional re-verification.
• Sharing, publishing, reselling or transferring a license key is prohibited. We may deactivate a compromised or misused key.
• Inactive device registrations may be released automatically. Contact support if a legitimate device replacement reaches the activation limit.

4. Your local content

Your study records, notes, drawings and screenshots are intended to be stored locally on your device. We do not upload those files to our licensing database. You are responsible for exporting and backing them up; we cannot recover local files lost from your device. Limited licensing and security data is processed as described in our Privacy Policy.

5. Personal-use license and acceptable use

While your subscription remains entitled, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for your own analysis and research. You must not:

• copy, resell, sublicense, rent, lend, share or redistribute the Software, protected content or your license key;
• use the Software or its outputs to operate a paid signal, forecast, alert, report, tutoring or managed-account service for third parties without our written commercial permission;
• reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract source code, proprietary formulas or internal methods, except where that restriction is prohibited by law;
• bypass license verification, device limits, rate limits or other security controls;
• scrape, automate bulk extraction from, disrupt or abuse the Software or its supporting services; or
• use the Software for any unlawful purpose.

6. Intellectual property

The Software, interface, charts, tools, layouts, Bee Chart, Beast 666 Matrix, original content, names, logos and branding remain our intellectual property. Your locally saved records and the data you enter remain yours. Public-domain analytical concepts are not claimed as our invention; our particular software, expression, interface, content and branding are protected.

7. Availability, updates and changes

We may update, secure, improve, replace or discontinue features. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular update schedule or any future feature. Maintenance, provider outages and events outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect access. We will use reasonable efforts to preserve a secure and dependable service.

8. Suspension and termination

Entitlement may end when a subscription expires, is cancelled at the end of its paid period, is refunded, disputed or charged back. We may suspend or terminate access for fraud, key sharing, attacks, abuse or a material breach of these Terms. Local files remain on your device, but Pro functionality may require an active entitlement.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Software is provided “as is” and “as available,” to the maximum extent permitted by law. The Legal Disclaimer, including the risk of market losses and absence of financial advice, forms part of these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or trading losses. Our aggregate liability arising from the Software will not exceed the amount you paid us during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

10. Refunds

Because digital access and a software license are delivered immediately, subscription payments are non-refundable except for duplicate or unauthorized charges, or where applicable law requires otherwise. See the Refund Policy.

11. Changes and contact

We may revise these Terms. Material changes will be posted here with an updated date and, where appropriate, communicated through the Software or purchase channel. Questions may be sent to bee666forecast@gmail.com.
